It's crazy: we don't actually want to spend time with people who only like our “mask”. It exhausts us to wear “masks” for others with whom we don't want to spend any time at all.
Brands often don't show their true colors because customers supposedly only love them when they pretend. If brands show their true colors, they may lose customers. But those who stay love them. And they only want to have them around.
As a holistic brand consultant and strategist, I help brands to show their true colors. In this change process, I like to be a sparring partner and external eye, as well as the team's big brother and good friend to the managing director.
